Check- in: insure to be carry out by your handling agent in accordance with your agreed procedures.
Verifyng: flight coupons, travel documents, hold lugagge and cabin bags acceptation, and provide passengers all information concerning the flightand destination airport.
Departure gate contro
Lost and found: to give assistance to passengers whose luggage could be missing or damaged, helping to fill our p.i.r forms and keeping informed the customer properly at all times.
Passenger assistance in case of delays, overbooking, etc… managing hotac, snacks, meals, dinners, etc… in accordance with the carrier's standard policy.

Ease the handling agent all data required regarding load and fuel needed to achieve the load and trim sheet, and corrected if needed.
Comunications and operational messages:mvt, ldm, psm, ptm, etc... message management to be sent and corrected if needed.
Cockpit- to- ground comunications: start up and pushback assistance.
24 hour operation
Inter-Flights will assists and arrange operations related to flight crews like change of aircraft and/or crew, inbound and outbound connectingflights, hotel and ground transportation.
Flight operations are always carried out by at least two operation agents in each flight there will be one agent exclusively dedicated to supervise and coordinate the check- in and passenger assistance. in addition, another agent will be coordinating the flight- dispatch, ramp handling operations and assisting the flight crew.
